Because porous anodized alumina membrane is an advanced technology and its application
Chromic acid, sulfuric acid, oxalic acid, and phosphoric acid are used and formed in anodized alumina (AAO) films. Porous and non-porous membranes are used for hydrogen separation and purification.
There are two main classes of anodized alumina films.
• Porous anodized alumina film (PAA)
• Non-porous anodized alumina film
Porous anodized aluminum oxide (PAA) films are arranged in parallel cylinders in hexagonal cells. Their structure resembles the new pore structure, with various small pores embedded in each of the large flat pores in the upper membrane layer and in the lower porous cell.
Membrane cells are sometimes placed on both sides. To create a new type of pore structure, PAA membranes are obtained by using different current densities (30-200 mA cm-2) and keeping the voltage constant (40 V). PAA films can be controlled by adjusting the anodizing voltage and current density simultaneously.
Type of anodized alumina film:
1- AAO and aluminum
2-AAO single and double passages
4 isotropic AAO
The advantages are as follows:
Microorganisms that explain AAO growth and microcolonies
• High performance microbiology
• Physical detection technology
• Replacement of electron radiation lithography
• Dwarf column structure
• Copy technology
• Nano filtration membrane
Due to the nanostructures used in nanotechnology, PAA films have smooth nanostructures. Today, porous anodized alumina membranes are widely recognized and represent a popular platform for researchers in the design and synthesis of a group of nanostructured and densely functional nanocomposites.
PAA films have a wide range of applications, from nanoelectronics to photonics and energy conversion to nanoporous substrates and bioanalysis. Researchers mainly focus on the use of AAO in the ever-growing nanotechnology, and researchers are constantly working on production costs. Today it has dropped 500 times. The AAO model is mainly used for the production of Ag, Au and Sn nanowires.

The properties of the film depend on:
• Uniform distribution of PAA chains in the network
PAA immobilization rate,
• Membrane morphology.
PAA films are suitable for ultrafiltration of various heavy metal solutions and dye molecules. PAA film is a hydrophilic polymer that interacts strongly with water.
Despite all the advantages, there are also some disadvantages. The chemical and physical instability and low toxicity of these porous anodized alumina membranes have limited use in biomedical devices.
The main uses of these films are:
• Production model
• Removal of bacteria from pharmaceuticals
• Liquid chromatography sample test solution
• Counting and cell identification
• Biosorting and filtering of biomolecules
• Search for target molecules such as DNA, proteins and even cancer cells.
Scientists are constantly working in these areas, promoting delicate instruments, accurate measurements, and more.
